The Miami Tech Summit Welcomes Global Tech Titan Marcelo Claure As Its Opening Keynote Speaker
MIAMI, FL – The Miami Tech Summit is proud to welcome mega-entrepreneur and investor Marcelo Claure as the opening keynote speaker on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
Marcelo Claure is a legendary leader in the worlds of technology and business. He founded Brightstar in 1997 and led it to become the largest Hispanic-owned business in the U.S. He served as the CEO and Executive Chairman at Sprint and led the company’s turnaround as well as its merger with T-Mobile. As CEO of SoftBank Group International and COO of Softbank Group, Marcelo headed the $5 billion SoftBank Latin America Fund and the SB Opportunity Fund. He recently left Softbank and now is the Chairman and CEO at Claure Capital.
